A few things help us understand the job before we visit:

• The rooms, and roughly how big each one is
• What is on the floor now, and what you would like
• Your building's alteration agreement or house rules, if you have them
• Whether the building has a service elevator, or it is a walk-up
• A few photos of the floor

We will talk it through, come and measure, and give you an estimate for the whole job.
